Meet Heather
Hi, I’m Heather Thurber. Great words to describe me are integrity, insight and compassion.
As a Realtor, I help people discover the lifestyle that will truly make them feel at home. When your lifestyle and home resonate with the person you are, you feel more powerful, at peace, and able to make a positive difference in the world.
Whether you are a buyer, seller or both, and are making a big move or a tiny one, I help clients in lifestyle transformations. If you are moving from in-town to the country, downsizing from larger property to a maintenance free home, or buying investment properties and becoming a property manager for the first time, I can help you on your journey.
Born here in Sonoma County, my parents were entrepreneurs who helped me develop my strong sense of working to serve others. I work with clients that I truly connect with as I firmly believe in creating a relationship of support & guidance for a lifetime, not just a transaction. My favorite part of my business is being someone’s advocate and using my knowledge to help them make decisions with clarity.
I bring passion, integrity & excellent negotiation skills to every transaction. With a deep understanding of urban and country properties, transitions and complex negotiations, I have consistently achieved high levels of success with performance awards placing me in the top 1% of all BHG agents nationwide.
I am a firm believer in the value of life long learning. I not only continue to educate and improve my knowledge and insights into real estate, I also give back by mentoring and educating other agents. I hope to support others to continually improve their businesses and to achieve the levels of success that I have.
I love Sonoma County because of it’s beautiful natural areas. I love hiking our hills, spending time at the ocean, exploring local wineries and shopping at our many farmers markets. I am passionate about the balance between conservation and development. Our natural areas need to be protected for future generations to enjoy. We are also sorely in need of more housing for people to be able to be secure in their homes & lives. Helping to find the balance of these is a big part of why I do what I do.
